Early season fishing on the Missouri Video

These warm temperatures have been making for some great early season conditions. This was our first time fishing the Missouri and it was a blast. We were able to land some great fish. Check it out and get ready for a sweet year of fishing.

Loved it, great video, you ought to think about putting together a DVD and selling it.
I see there was some insect activity (baetis?) above the surface, when do the fish start to look up instead of down?

There were a lot of midges hatching that day. There were fish hitting top water but no consistently to switch to a dry. The fish will start looking up harder come mid March and into April, but they do rise year round.
