ingredients minus the broth (it was in the fridge)

cook down the peppers and onions

cut up, season, and brown the meat (I leave the wings, legs and thighs "bone in")

add meat and broth, then cook down

serve up with chopped cilantro, chopped tomato, and a dollop of sour cream
