My father bought a crossbow two years ago after he injured his shoulder. It is a ten point. My question is that does the knock matter? They recommend to shoot a flat one. We bought him flats but I found a great deal on some bolts so I bought them but they are half moon. Now I can easily change out the knocks for him was just wondering if they are universal or not. I have read you can use them others say don't or you will dry fire. The plan is to switch them out so he doesn't wreck his crossbow.
