For the 60 acre lots, they're only into them $16,345 for the raw land cost. What do you suppose the lots will go for.........$50,000?

...probably more like 2 grand per acre...more for some parcels.

Checkout who MWF gave their Montana Wildlife Organization of the year award to....that's where I spend my time. BTW all the organizations you mention do great things as well. Would just be nice if more concerned sportsmen would get involved. A lot of good things can be done in the next 20 years if they do.

There's two wildlife jobs open right now in our office. Put in for one and find out...

I brought up this bullcrap Cabela's is pulling on another site and was shouted down by a bunch of guys and some Texan calling me a socialist, having something against people with money, because they are the ones who will end up with the lots.

Funny how different sites have such different attitudes.
