Is Lawrence Motoya the same as "Griz" Montoya? I've seen this guy in a lot of videos guiding for USO.
That's the same guy.. AKA Larry Montoya from New Mexico. I think he lives around Quemado.. I vote YES for the ass kicking. I guess you've all read that the suits against other states for "discrimination" against out of state hunters have already been filed. Stuff like buying tags over the counter while out of staters have to apply for a draw are all being challeneged in court. Looks like big business is coming to the woods.
We have to wait till monday to see if the judge will grant a stay of the injunction for this year. The results will be posted on tue the 20th for all but elk and deer.They have a phone session with the judge at 10 then another public meeting at the fairgrounds at noon.
