Dropped this Pack Rack October 30, 2022, on my last muzzle loader hunt of the season. I have tendency to set things down and forget them out in the bush, I've lost quite a few sets of goves and mitts that way.

Couldn't find them until I went out archery hunting this September and found them on the ridge I hunted the previous year. This set of Pack Rack has brought a lot of deer to their demise.

Tikka T3x wideland veil in 6.5 man bun with 143 grain hunter hammers on top of Varget at ~3050 fps. I’ve tricked it out. Shoots 1/2 moa groups all day. I know it’s a little much, but I do keep and tan the hides for my wife’s projects. I use coyote hunting to hone my big game skills.

I always keep my license and tags zipped in a pocket of my gear. When they went missing I back trailed my hunt from two days before.
