I know that this question comes up a lot I but could someone help me with the following. I would like to have a cheat sheet that posts the dates of application deadlines for each state. I would also like to have the prices for nonresident license fee's. If this has already been created could someone share the link with me? If not could I get some help creating a spread sheet? if someone from each state wanted to post the date of application deadline and fees for each animal that would work to. Thank you.

Really? I would think a few munutes to the website for each states wildlife department would answer your questions. It's called research.
I guess it would be easier to ask someone to do the work for you, wouldn't it?

You might consider joining GoHunt. They have the info you are looking for and some strategy articles for getting a tag based on that state and the points you have accumulated. Hunting' Fool is another option though they deliver the info in installments through a printed or online version of their magazine so you may have to gather the info over the next 12 months. Epic Outdoors is on a similar schedule as Hunting' Fool but only offers a printed magazine. Eastman's is also in magazine form.

If you prefer to save the $100 to $150 then can also roll up your sleeves and go to each state's F&G website and usually access their "proclamation booklet" which will list tag fees and application deadlines as well as prereq's such as you might be required to have a Hunter's Ed certificate or be a certain minimum age. What GoHunt and the other info sources that you pay to join offer are a concise recap of things such as the mechanical structure of the draw which can be key, if there are leftover tags, orange clothing requirement, harvest rates, etc.

If you search with Google you might find some recaps of application due dates on various forums though the details on tag cost, fees, amount due as apply, when refunds happen, etc will most likely be something you have to pull together into a spreadsheet.

I set Google Calendar alerts for each application deadline. Make them recurring then be sure to double-check each year as things will change.

Google is your friend. 2017 Huntin Fool License Application Booklet. Some dates are off - usually early, but a decent starting point. Obviously geared at signing up potential clients.

I also have a google calendar specifically for my draw dates as well as seasons and hunting trips. Some tips:
1. Place the deadline 2 weeks before or beginning of the month. This gives you some grace period if needed.
2. Setup email reminders, 1 month, 2 weeks, 2 days before the deadline.
3. Put links for quick reference to sites rarely visited so they're easier to find. (I only put in for moose in VT and never even look at their site.)
4. Make every event repeat yearly.
5. When each new deadline comes around, check to see if there have been and major changes and adjust accordingly.
6. Never rely on the calendar solely. Governments are fickle and will change app and draw dates just to make you miss a season.
