Anybody else having problems

I attempted to purchase my licenses online today. Apparently I don't have an ALS#. Has anyone else had problems with this before. Or should I accept defeat and do it old school and go to the licensing counter.

Get with the FWP you do have an als number.
It's your birthday and an another number mine is 1

When did you transplant into Montana?

Should be easy to get look on an old license if you’re like me you have lots of old ones to choose from.

I had a problem were some how I ended up with two different Als numbers to my name and one had some points on it and the other did as well which sucked because for a number of years I wasn’t applying with all my points I did get it resolved by calling and having them combine the points and remove one of the als. I typically have to call montana fish and wildlife once a year but they are understanding and helpful.
