Won't sell me one today - says I don't have the correct license to buy it. Will let me buy a whitetail tag. Computer is doing it to me both at the vendor and online. Anybody else having difficulties?

Same thing happened to my hunt partner last year before season. Would only let him buy the whitetail tag not the general tag. Ended up having to go to the F&G office in Nampa to get it swapped.
