Buzz, he's right at 30". I've been on several hunts on the missile range and appreciate how difficult these are to judge. It's fairly easy to tell bull from cow based on their bases, but beyond that telling a 33" from a 30" or even a 36" can be tough. Especially since they aren't standing still too often.

As for this guy, I was just grateful he wasn't the broken horned one I had on the the game camera. He was going to go home with me no matter the horn length.

NHY, I had him at the taxidermist by lunch. He's getting shoulder mounted. It wasn't too hard to justify since the mount is half the price of the tag I've never been able to draw in NM. Plus, I've got the garage lined with euro mounts, time for some shoulders!
