    He set the day to look/pay. I think he should have at least gave me a shot at it for 60000 or more. God knows it was a steal. Say hey I priced it to low someone else offered me 60000 would you match or do better. Think that would have been the nice thing to do.

    I run a mile each year to make sure I'm in shape. Last year was 6minute 10 seconds in work boots and blue jeans:). I think I could sell tickets neighbors are amazed. I do drink whey shakes.

    Well you learn something new everyday I guess. Found a 150 hp tractor price for 55000 with very low hours on it. I called the guy and we had a deal 55000 but I wanted to look first. He called tis morning and said 1 oclock on Tuesday would work. An hour later he calls back I sold it for 60000...

    My nephew and some of his inspiring doctor friends hunted my crp today all hens 15+ in 19 acres. Not good for hunting but looking good for the future with the right weather. COOL PICS Minnesotahunter.

    Buy a couple jackasses they will scare them away. They sold one in the salebarn this summer. and another cattlemen asked why the guy had a jackass and he said he had him to protect the herd from yotes. Never heard of it before but they say it's true.

    I haven.t lost any to yotes yet but I'm in IA. They seem to be killing all the baby deer right now. Bald eagles been killing some new calves here:mad: I'd give some advice but it might not be the greatest. Go and have fun all I got for advice.
