It's been a busy couple days, but I got some time tonight to post a couple pics. of my last hunt of the spring.
I spent the majority of my spring black bear season exploring and checking out new country. It paid off on the last evening. Crawling into bead at 4:30am makes for a long next day...

Can't wait to hear the wolf lovers argument now..I'm sure they'll come up with something good.
Pretty much brand new..I've had this for less than a year. I still have all original packaging, manuals, box, etc. I put a screen protector cover on it is well. I just did a quick search and found it onsale for around $270 at various places.
I'll sell it for $225 shipped, if anyone is...
I've got literally hundreds of photos from my goat scouting/hunts this summer and fall. I'll post a couple of the money shots first...I made my decision to hold out for an older, mature, large bodied, billy and not settle for anything less. I figured the horn length would take care of itself...
Had a great day in the elk woods on Sunday. Critter and I coaxed this guy and his 12-15 cows out of his bedding area just before dark. We had a pretty good ambush spot set up, as we listened to them calling back and forth below us, and the bull bugling and chuckling up a storm. It was a pretty...
I have a Leica LRF 900 rangefinder for sale. It has the scan mode and red LED display.
It is in good condition, and I have the original box, soft case, manual, etc.
This is the older model Leica, and like most rangefinders it depends on the conditions/target as to how far you can get readings...
Opinions from you guys that use this model? Good, bad... How do you like the touch screen? Is the only difference between the 450 and 450t, the built in maps?
I thought I remembered a couple guys here who were using this model.
Opinions are much appreciated. Thanks.
Just got back from our annual 3-4 day Eastern MT deer hunt. Rut was in full swing, as good as I have seen it. We saw a ton of deer..probably more than any previous year..although it did seem like the number of quality bucks were down considerably. We did see 2 "no-brainer" shooter bucks, but...
Antelope numbers were definitely down slightly in our area this year, but three of us still ended up with 6 goats in a couple days of hunting.
Took this cool horned guy at 465 yards.
I managed to have some success on my first archery bull..in my first archery season. Not the biggest bull in the woods, but I am definitely more than happy with him.
I bought a bow last winter and practiced pretty religously, so that I could make any opportunity count. I ended up taking...
Some upland mixed in here as well..but I'll start off the new batch of pics. Don't think they will stack up to Miller's pics. but I've got a bunch of them from puppy to now 6-1/2 years old. He's been about everywhere with me. Pretty good buddy.
Just came across this..have no idea where it originated or if it is true. I'ts pretty much impossible to block public access in the 2 main units up there, so this could be stretching it quite a bit.
