I was wondering if I had missed the hooplaa here at SI over the National Bison Range being the first to be privatized and am wondering which will be next.
I guess you can read whatever you want into these stats. Some say few, others say too many. Is 50% a lot? or do you read it as a total so its only 3%? Just depends on which side of the fence you want to argue from.

How would you feel about taking a Big game tag from each Hunting District and auctioning it off and having it so that buyer was in the area first... coupla days/ a week.
How about auctioning all the tags for every area? Break them up into different times and everyone pays the same in each lot...

The EIS is up for comments and the MT wants fed money to manage the wolves... just under a million per year. If you welfare hunters take money from the feds remember you'll be taking orders from them too. but that's allright.
