I hope I am not going about this the wrong way and I know I don't have many posts, but I drew a mountain goat permit in 142 and am looking for any info I can get. It looks like the Dean Lake and the Trilobite Range looks good but I don't know what the trails are like. I was mainly concerned with how switchback pass is with taking horses over it. Has anyone been in this area and seen goats. I am planning some scouting trips but any heads up would be great. Thank you in advance.
