how are you doing it. Ive talked to redding and rcbs. I am currently building one for a customer and we are going this route per rcbs instructions.....first, fl size in 7mm wsm sizing die, then go to .257 wsm fl sizing die. We will nk turn for the last step.....Thanks.......ski

Ski, I just use 270 WSM cases and run through the resizing die. It forms with no problem. This way you don't have to do any neck reaming.
Your customer will be very happy with this cartridge!!! I have acheived better velocity than with the .257 Weatherby Mag.

Thank you for your reply, but he has .300 wsm brass. I dont think we will have a problem doing this. If I do have the problem when he sends me one of his rounds, I will suggest he gets some .270 wsm brass. Thanks again.......Robert Stenskinull
