Hope none of you are applying for the popular 3/301 hunt up in the NW corner. That tag that took 8 points to draw last year just got a whole lot harder unless you've already got 9 points. They dropped buck tags in that unit from 50 last year(43 public, 7 landowner) to 15 this year. I see that 142 folks applied last year with at least 8pts. That leaves 99 with 9 points this year. So, theoretically, if license #'s stay the same, it would take those of you with 8 points at least 8 more years to draw. Might want to start looking for a different unit.
