KS public land Mule Deer

I have been lurking here for some time and I really enjoy this site.

I had whole hunt report typed out but some how lost it so now you get the short version.

Walk in hunting in western Kansas. Mule deer was shot on the first day of the season in the evening heading to feed on some milo stubble. Crossed over the fence on to public land where I was waiting. Had an t-post to break up my out line. Shot was less than 75 yrds.

Picture was from the next morning as I was by myself, ran out of light, too camera iliterate ect.

well I guess I got a picture up but I will have to work on that in the future.

We dont get much in the way of water fowl here. A little ways east or west but theres is nothing but flat farm ground and a few dry creek beds through here.
