Been there done that. One piece of advice I would have after my house fire experience is to never fully trust your insurance company.

for sure, my lawyer dealing with the insurance companys.

Have a new location for work that is 2500 sf which gives me an extra 900sf. plus a drive in bay.

I missed this thread. Jr. told be what had happened. Sorry to hear about this. Sounds like you already have things moving in the right direction.
