The numbers are down,earn a buck in my area again,hope you all get the buck you are after.I have a buck tag but just hope to see some deer.

Yup! I concur! Best of luck to all in the woods this week. I'll be sittin' the stand that hasn't seen a buck in three years. But the views are great and the time alone gives me peace of mind.

I have high hopes this year since I finally broke my 6 year "Nodda" streak bowhunting….

Although the numbers are still not like they used to be, I have a good number of deer traveling though my "honey hole" due to my food plots. All the local ag crops are off, so there is not much for other food in my area.

And to top it off, the bucks are running pretty stupid yet... I've seen several this week driving to work including one in the 170" range only 2 miles from my home yesterday...

If I don't score… I hope one of my 2 brothers or Dad can plow a nice one tomorrow... My 9 yo daughter is coming with me this year too.
