AZ application

Wanted to make sure I have this correct prior to applying in AZ as a group.
1. Each member must register and purchase the $160 nonresident hunting license.
2. Person submitting application needs the following info from each member.
-nonres hunting license number
-AZ ID
- hunters birthday

Then proceed with submitting the application?

you need ssn's for all party members
and set the license start date to Feb 14, it will be good thru next years elk app period
