Sure it is. Both Escalante and BE were decreased in size between their original proposals and establishing orders, by Presidents who listened to all stakeholders, not just butthurt UT politicians and driller-Bobs.
Reading this thread reminds me that bull$hit walks while $ talks. That is why I spend no $ w UT-based companies and organizations.
