I'm trying to draw a tag for Units 58, 59 or 60. I've not hunted these units so i would appreciate any information on these units for trophy quality (14"-15").

You will find plenty in that size, if you look very hard. Drawing the tag is harder than finding a nice buck.

Good luck in the draw. It will be a really fun hunt, if you draw.
