350 to 1000 target. what's next 1000-2000 change in target? 350 was the target to limit the number of an animal that is problematic anywhere other than vast areas of woodland with little population of pets, livestock and people. This is why Colorado is in trouble with the "plan" they have passed. As long as the wolf if still on the endangered list the planned numbers will never be a cap
