Winterkill deer in the owyhees?

So just how bad is it? I have been scouting the south desert and havent seen much for deer does anyone know how bad the winter kill was? I know that f&g said that 90% of the fawns winterkilled north of us (22,32,32a,24) but i didnt see any info for the owyhees. I have lived in owyhee co. all my life and have always seen more deer than this year I dont know if its just me or if we have a real problem.

It's looking a bit dismal in a lot of regions. Odds are we have a real problem.
