Which gun coating?

I'm getting that as well. Doing my last rebarreling/gun project. The action is blued and the new barrel is stainless and that barrelmaker Hart doesn't offer chrome moly. The smith's go to guy for bluing isn't really a viable option at this time so we decided to try the Black T method. Ve'll see how she verks out. Ole.
Finally got the project a couple weeks ago. The smith said he much prefers it to CeraKote. Others say that it's as tough as nails too. Pic of the action.

Years ago I had a revolver done up with GunKote and acetone took it right off.

Also had some parts done up with Mahovsky's Metalife. I could see doing that on a chrome moly action.

Cerakote all day long.
I have friends that have had it done. Know a friend who was an armourer in the army. They use it a lot to spray Rifles and kit for different climates or places they operated.
We have a few good company's over here.
Tactical coatings is only 17 miles from my home.
