Vortex Razor HD 85mm Issues

Hey there, I just received my gen 2 razor hd 85mm spotter and the eye piece will not stay locked. I was wondering if any of you have experienced this issue? i literally just pulled it out of the box, and Vortex office is closed for calls. Gonna get in touch with them here asap but wanted to know if any one else has had this issue with the new model.
