Their customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Last season I stripped out the head of the hex screw on my Code Red that controls the lateral adjustment. I tried (and failed) to get it out using caveman methods, so I sent it to Ripcord and asked them if they could help me.

I included my phone number and email and asked them to call me for a credit card number so that I could pay for return shipping. Lo and behold, today I got a package from Ripcord that contained a NEW rest. Way beyond my expectations, to say the least.

Anyway, I think it speaks to the quality of companies that sponsor Randy's show. I would recommend them to anybody!
