Still Carrying in NM

These 2 bucks just walked through my yard about 20 feet from me (I was in the kitchen, took me a few minutes to find the camera). I have last years shed antlers from the 2nd Buck.

Nice, how old is that second deer? any idea?

I didn't think that buck was going to make it last year. He has a broken face, collapsed nose and just looks all around beat up. But his antlers are bigger this year. I'll post some pictures of last years sheds, he was a big 3 with the same kicker on the left, and the right was/is a HUGE fork (they are sitting on our mantle).

Probably had a run in with a car?! It's sad how wild animals survive a car wreck but then die from what amounts to the flu.

Great lawn ornaments! i looked at a nice whitey with six on one side tonight, the other side had already dropped. We have been picking up shed since mid december up here, but it's been a tough winter too...
