Sorry in advance for the paywall, but this is a great reminder of a sentiment a small group of folks like Thomas Sowell and Charles Murray have been trying to remind us of.
This doesn't have to be about politics or race - this is about how the wealthiest 1% (D or R, black or white) separate themselves from the lower 80% and leave the 19% in-between trying to sound like they too "get it" to be admitted into the special tower.
