I am suppose to take a friend to the range to site in. We are expecting the winds to be between 20-30mph should I wait one more day and avoid the higher winds.
I would wait. Ammo is too hard to come by to shoot in those conditions. You will still have to confirm your zero when the winds won't be blowing, so wait until then and save the ammo.
Wait till it's calmer. When sighting in you don't want any wind. Once you're sighted in, you should practice in the wind, but definitely don't sight in when it's really windy
I'd wait. You sound like your sighting in. To me that means checking loads in the rifle. If I was practicing I go out in the country and plink and then wind wouldn't matter much to me.
