Shout out to Mystery Ranch!

I disassembled my pack to clean it and found that one of the frame rods had poked out the bottom on my Guide Lite Frame. I reached out to them and without hesitation are sending me a new frame and shipping label to return the current frame.

Big shout out to MR. They kept me as a loyal customer. Customer service like this seems like it is becoming less common. My next pack will be another MR!

They replaced my frame last year after the lumbar pad came unstitched along the bottom, great customer service!

Just bought my first Mystery Ranch after much research and couldn't be happier.

Years ago I was looking at packs seen a mystery ranch. I thought to my self what idiot would spend 450.00 for a pack. Well a year later this Idiot. I packed out (not far) three deer quarter's .I don’t the name of the pack it’s small with load shelf maybe 2400 cu. The cabelas outfitter frame was off to the good will. MR very very comfortable Highly recommend.Hunting partner just bought an EXO for 650.00 Damm thing better come with Legs.
