I was excited to catch this Brookie in Rock Creek. Catch & release. I have fished this creek on and off for most of five decades and don't ever remember catching a brook trout.



Yea I know he's tiny, but this is a small creek, extra small with the current drought.

You might want to have the doc check out those spots on your face. IMHO one of the prettiest freshwater fish.

Not a fish expert...but I'm pretty sure thats not a brookie. Looks like a brown to me.

I'm no expert ether, maybe it is a Brown.
This creek is planted, and usually produces nothing but planted rainbows.

I've seen wild browns with the red spots on them before
