Yah I thought I wanted one in walnut which are extremely hard to find. Im too rough on shit. My other one in synthetic has been used as a boat oar and to break ice etc.

Same here, except I just recognize that I'll need new stocks at some point. I still like the worn look of wood. I've broke ice and clobbered both a pheasant and multiple ducks with the butt while running through the weeds after them.
