Being on a tight budget for optics I decided to take a risk and purchase the Theron Wapiti LT's in a 8x42. And I can say I am ver pleased with them. Grated the only hands on with real tier one glass is in the stores. I can say I got to compare these side by side in the great outdoors of Salt Lake County against a pair of Nikon Monarch 7's in 10x42. swapping back and forth both sets were very clear, crisp and and good edge clarity. I have to say outside of the magnification difference you could not tell the difference. I am very Happy with these so far and will add to this quick review as I get more time with them in some of the more chalanging times of dawn and dusk when trying to look into that dark hole and see if that is an elk antler or just a tree.
Mean while as it stands I have been very impressed just looking around the neighborhood being a peeping Majja.
They fit very nicely into a AGC Cubb with a bit of room to move easily in and out.
