RCBS is top notch

RCBS did me a solid a couple weeks ago. I had an OOOOOLLLDDDD set of .308 dies that had been my grandads, and he passed away 28 years ago. They were so old that RCBS could not look up the model number that was printed on the box. They were deforming the tips of my Sierra Tipped Gamekings due to the seater plug being of a different profile. I offered to buy the seater plug since it was clearly working as it was originally designed to do on the older bullet ogive shapes prevalent at the time that it was made, but they sent me a new one for free “under warranty.” Even paid the shipping.

I really like RCBS stuff, and will continue to buy their products

I've only had to use their customer service one, and had the same experience. Great company!

I have tried talking them into letting me pay for parts multiple times to no avail. Always just ask me for my address and the part in question shows up a week later. It’s infuriating. I’ll get those kind people to send me a bill one of these days....

Every time I have used their warranty, it was something I broke. They don't balk.

my brother and I are looking to get a new press, saving up for RCBS, lots of money but feel they will be worth it.

Luckily, I’ve never had to use their warranty which is why I buy their stuff. It’s nice to know they have great CS if I ever need it.

If you ever get scratches in your sizing die, they will polish it for free for you.
