questoin on left over tags and units

I am having a problem. I am trying to get in for a left over cow tag. Im looking at the selctions of units and they look like this 007-6. What does this mean? I am looking to try and get a tag for unit 7

Assuming you mean WY...if you go to http://wgfd.wyo.gov/web2011/hunting-1001119.aspx and click on 2013 Elk Season Info it will show what each tag is for. The first number is area followed by type.
