Apply in NM, we don't have a point system. Luck of the draw, however, NR tags for Lopes are hard to come by. The NM DGF posts the draw results from the prior year and will also have the allocation for NR tags.
It was mentioned above the Wyoming deadline for a nonresident to apply for an antelope license is mid-March. That is no longer the case. The deadline to submit an application for antelope licenses for both resident and nonresidents in now May 31.
