Well, it is usually because they have not responded to the verification email they were sent. The reason most often causing them to not respond to this verification email is that their SPAM filter tosses the email in their SPAM bin.

Sorry hunting sites have to do this extra step to keep from getting hacked. We need to know the registrant is a true person, not a computer bot, and not a spammer. Our default position is to deny all foreign IP addresses, as that is where 98% of the SPAM originates.
Look for that verification email and respond to it. Once you do, we will approve you and you will have full permission to all parts of the site.
