Hello all,
I am having issues syncing waypoints between my iPhone 6 ONX Map app and the Webviewer server online. I have followed all of the procedures listed on ONX Maps website and submitted a request with ONX's helpdesk, but they just recommended the same sync steps listed on their website. I sent them another message about it today but I am assuming the offices were closed.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, were you able to resolve this?
I have probably close to 50 waypoints i made on my phone that I would like uploaded to the server so I can view on my computer.
The reason this is an issue is that I just purchased the iPhone 7 and downloaded the ONX app - it basically looks like the Webviewer application (missing the 50 waypoints I had created on my iPhone 6 previously).
Also, I want to say that this is the only issue I have had with the app and have been very happy with the service otherwise.
