Pretty much a perfect Typical....except that big chunk o' bone hanging off the beam! 2010 Rifle Buck

bobbydean, it's not even 3". If I put my finger between those two closest points they actually touch each side of my knuckle and I do not have sausage sized fingers. It's barely over a 1/2" spread!
 
My 2 best non-typicals. Nothing outrageous but some character anyway.

I was really excited when I first laid eyes on this buck, but then I decided to pass on him in hopes that he might eventually grow his right side.

Two seasons went by without ever seeing or hearing of the buck again. Then on the last weekend of the season I was out trying to help my dad fill his tag, and the buck runs out with a doe. Seeing he still just had the one side, we decided not to pass him up again. His teeth were messed up and he was really skinny.

Nice job bigsky . As skinny as that deer is he probably wouldn't have made the winter so nice job !
