NICE sizing

Hi, been a while since I posted on here. Looking at MR's sizing guide, I need a small suspension height wise, however, I am of a stocky build,.so my height doesn't really fit my size, any ideas on whether I should go small or medium?

I would go with the small. Sounds like you have a short torso and longer legs. Give MR a call and they will help you out with the fit. If This helps at all I was told that a large will adjust down to a medium but a medium will not adjust up to a large. Same goes for a small/medium comparison.

I am just the opposite.. 6' 3" with short legs and long torso. My medium is stretched to the max.
