Grew up in south Louisiana fishing and occasionally squirrel hunting. Got into hunting big time after moving to Utah. I do mainly upland hunting with my dog (a vizsla) and have a few few grouse and pheasants to show for it. I would love to one day get a bull elk and bighorn sheep. My buddy and I did our first elk hunt this fall. We heard bulls, but never saw them. It was still an amazing experience.
