New From Northern California

Hey guys,
I’m a newer hunter from Northern CA. I started hunting as an adult and spend most of my time small game and upland hunting. I’ve been trying to jump in to big game for a few years but my work schedule (teacher) and having a couple of kids the last few years has made it tough. Hoping to make it happen this year!

I also like to fish, hike, camp, and mess around with bushcraft out in the woods!

I lived near Sacramento and hunted N California for quite a few years. The deer are pretty sparse, so I'd make sure to pack into an area where I'd enjoy the camping experience whether I saw deer or not.
