My Mistake not Colorado Unit 13 - but 231 & 12

So I apologize apparently he hunts 231 & 12. I know the Flat Tops, have hunted there a few times not sure about 231? Anyone have any intel on CO Unit 231 early rifle? Appreciate any thoughts.

not much public land but there are a lot of animals in that unit. it's pretty steep country too. access is hard.

it's primarily a winter range unit. late seasons are generally far far better.

the herds in that area are getting absolutely decimated by snow this year. but if your son has some good knowledge or info go for it.

honestly, without some good intel i'd generally not advise unit 13.
