My first drop camp

Going on my first drop camp hunt this fall. Always hunted from car/truck camps before. This time we are being hauled in on horseback and dropped off at a camp for the season.

Anybody have suggestions or advise for a drop camp newbie?

No advice, just a question if I could? How did you pick the outfitter for your drop service? I am thinking about doing this same type of hunt soon but I'm having trouble finding a trustworthy outfitter. Thanks.

Interesting question! I did some work for my hunting partner and he is repaying me by providing this drop camp. I guess I can let you know in November if he was trustworthy or not.

I usually just walk into where I am going to have my drop camp and set up with what I need...
