Mule Deer AZ.

Howdy:
Was woundering if there was any AZ. mule deer hunters on this form?
We lucked out this year and got Archery deer, Gun deer for 6a and the same for cow elk 6a.
We plan on hunting Archery south of I forty and off Devel Dog road,A little west of and south of Williams AZ. Any one know this area and have any ideas?

Try the hills west of Jesus tank or south of there around Devil's Hole. We've seen a few good deer in there while elk hunting. You might also look at the area north of JackAss Flats. Good Luck.

take forest road 354 off the perkinsville road (4th st coming out of williams) and continue south. fs rd 105 will branch off in pine flat. the area south of 105 hold some good deer. try the area around wagner hill. keep in mind that if you tag a deer archery hunting you cannot rifle hunt. limit is one deer per calendar year. good luck. avoid labor day weekend. the woods will be crawling with campers.
