MT App question

Does anybody know on the MT website where it shows the process for returning a tag? I plan on applying for the deer/elk combo tag but depending on how the other draws go, might return my elk tag. I know I could probably just buy a leftover but would like to apply so that I can get my name in the hat for a LE elk unit. I'd plan on keeping the deer tag.

Never received a refund but this is directly from the 2015 Regs:

Nonresident license holders should
call 406-444-2950 for information.

You check the box for that option when you purchase your tag online.
