I almost guarantee you that guy was pist off when he realized that it wasn’t his standard issue sheep breeding and he greased that mullet back for nothing

I mean you can go to other hunting sites that are painting this as government overreach, a waste of time and money and maybe even not a concern because bighorns might already be breeding with domestics. Hunters are so often our own worst enemy and representatives
