Mid-size manufacturing software reccos?

I figured some of yall might be business owners and maybe even in manufacturing too. I'm considering changing my company's ERP software from a very cumbersome and user unfriendly system to something that is more efficient and easier to use. We're discrete manufacturer and need something that is flexible and easy to learn. What do yall use?
