Lots of grasshoppers

Actually my experience is quite the contrary, fish won’t touch ‘em.

Used to kill it with them warm water fishing as a kid. You have to hook 'em alive and have a lot of kick in them. Make sure the hook catches at least one wing so they flutter. POISON!

We hit them at 15,000 ' over Colorado in our King Air a few years ago. It scared the ***11 out of us. It sounded like we were being shot up by a 50 cal machine gun...I think...never been shot up by 50 cal..HA

I still can't comprehend how they swarm that high off the ground.

I had no idea that they could fly thousands of feet in the air!

Was on Fort Peck earlier this week and there must be millions in the water. Have never seen that before. Had quite a few that flew into the boat.

I believe it after what saw last week, any vehicle that comes into Billings off the freeway is literally painted with grasshoppers, we picked up so many just driving to miles city and back , my wife freaked out at the hot mess it made of her car we had to wash it immediately after our trip
